株式会社リンク・インタラック(以下、当社)は、全従業員が心身ともに健康で、その専門性を最大限に発揮できることを、経営における最優先事項の一つとしております。
教育の質や弊社サービスの向上に資する建設的なフィードバックや正当な要望については真摯に受け止め、改善に努めてまいりますが、社会通念上不相当な言動や要求等には、毅然とした態度で対応すべく、本指針を策定いたしました。
本指針の趣旨をご理解いただき、互いに尊重し合える健全な関係性のもと、より良い教育環境を共に創り上げていくための協力を賜りますよう、謹んでお願い申し上げます。
カスタマーハラスメントへの対応指針

カスタマーハラスメントの定義
当社は、本指針におけるカスタマーハラスメントを、法令等に基づき、以下の通り定義します。
【定義】
①お客様等の言動であって、②当社の従業員が従事する業務の性質その他の事情に照らして社会通念上許容される範囲を超えたものにより、③従業員の就業環境が害されるものであり、①から③までの要素を全て満たすものを指します。
【カスタマーハラスメントの行為例】
以下のカテゴリに該当する行為を対象とします。なお、これらは例示であり、これらに限定されるものではありません。- 暴力、暴言、侮辱的・脅迫的な発言
- 各ハラスメント行為(性的、差別的、プライバシー侵害等を含む)
- 社会通念に照らし、契約内容からして相当性を欠く要求
- 長時間または繰り返しの、執拗な電話やメール等による問い合わせ
- 不当・過剰な拘束
- 従業員に対する盗撮、つきまとい、同意のない身体接触
- SNSやインターネット上での誹謗中傷、個人情報や社外秘情報の公開

カスタマーハラスメントへの対応姿勢
カスタマーハラスメントが確認された場合、必要に応じて外部専門家等と連携のうえ、従業員の安全を最優先とし、原則としてそのカスタマーハラスメントの行為者との以降の直接対応をお断りいたします。さらに悪質な事案については、民事・刑事を含めた法的措置を含め厳正に対処いたします。 -
カスタマーハラスメントに対する当社の取り組み
全従業員への定期研修を通じ、カスタマーハラスメントの定義や初期対応、防衛策の周知徹底を図ります。
万一の発生時は、現場から本社(法務・経営層)への即時報告ルートを運用し、外部専門家等と必要な範囲で連携して迅速に解決にあたります。
また、被害を受けた従業員のケアを最優先とし、問題解決に向けた法的・事務手続きは当社が全面的にサポートします。
附 則
本指針は、2026年10月1日から施行する。
Notice Regarding the Establishment of Customer Harassment Policy
Link Interac Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") considers the physical and mental well-being of all employees and the ability for them to maximize their expertise to be one of our highest priorities.
We will continue to sincerely accept constructive feedback and legitimate requests from the job applicants, clients, students and community members that contribute to the quality of our education and the improvement of our services. However, this policy has been established to respond with a firm attitude to speech, behavior, or requests from others that are abusive, demeaning or otherwise inappropriate by social standards.
We kindly ask for your understanding of the purpose of this policy and for your cooperation in creating a better environment based on a sound relationship of mutual respect.
Customer Harassment Response Policy

Definition of Customer Harassment
Based on laws and regulations, the Company defines "Customer Harassment" in this policy as follows:

Refers to actions that consist of all of the following elements:
① Conduct (requests, comments, actions) by customers, etc.,
② That exceeds the scope socially acceptability in the context of the nature of the duties performed by the Company's employees,
③ And that harms the work environment of the employees.
[Examples of Customer Harassment]
Actions falling into the following categories are subject to this policy. Note that this list is not exhaustive.- Violence, verbal abuse, insulting or threatening remarks
- Various forms of harassment (including sexual, discriminatory, privacy violations, etc.)
- Requests that lack reasonableness in light of social norms and the content of the contract
- Persistent inquiries via phone, email, etc., for a long duration or repeatedly after being asked to stop
- Unjust or excessive restraint
- Voyeurism, stalking, or non-consensual physical contact with employees
- Defamation on social media or the internet, or the disclosure of personal information or company secrets

The Company's Stance on Customer Harassment
When customer harassment is confirmed, we will coordinate with external experts as necessary. With employee safety as our highest priority and we will, as a general rule, refuse further direct contact with the perpetrator of the harassment. Furthermore, for more malicious cases, we will strictly deal with them, including legal measures such as civil and criminal actions. -
The Company's Initiatives Against Customer Harassment
Through regular training for all employees, we will ensure thorough awareness of the definition of customer harassment, initial response, and defensive measures.
In the event of an occurrence, we operate a reporting route for immediate escalation to our head office (legal and management levels) who will work to resolve the issue promptly in coordination with external experts as necessary.
Furthermore, we place the highest priority on the care of affected employees and will provide full support for legal and administrative procedures aimed at resolving the issue.
Supplementary Provisions
This policy shall come into effect on October 1, 2026.
